Hi Guys and Girls July 2022 the wids eased off and the waves kept rolling through consistently with one happy guest bosting he had two days off from surfing on his 26 day staying at Lualemba Bungalows not to mention the days he surfed twice a day. Lots To Enjoy In Rote Exploring Is Just Half The Fun.
In just a simple afternoon walk with the right tide at sunset I was able to capture these stunning photos with my Iphone. Not far from Lualemba Bungalows there are a lot of beautiful landscapes to explore.
Beer at its best
Sam has been visiting Rote for a couple of decades now and drank at Jenets cool drinks when it all started as the first place in Nemberala to buy cold drinks. As time progressed we got together and established Lualemba Restaurant and Bar. This was the only Restaurant and bar in Nemberala for quite a lot of years. Despite all this Jenet has managed to create the coldest drinks with out electricity and later years with power from 6.00pm to 6.00am. A few years later we built Lualemba Bungalows and moved the restaurant and bar in the centre of the grounds. One thing as we have progressed during time is super cold beers and delicious food. This is why guests keep coming back to stay at Lualemba Bungalows.

Micman has been coming to Nemberala quite a few times now and loves staying at Lualemba Bungalows. So much he brought his son and treated his stay as a 21st present. They scored good waves here and had a ball.
Jazz musician comes to Lualemba Bungalows
Jason scored good waves during his stay and while he wasn’t surfing he kept up his trombone skills in his bungalow. As a professional musician he was able to work and play at Lualemba Bungalows. It’s always fun meeting people from all walks of life with interesting life styles.
Family Fun
A family from Kangaroo Island come to Rote Island to escape the cold and polish their surfing skills in board shorts not wetsuits. Lualemba Bungalows is set up for family fun with its family bungalows, swimming pool, table tennis and outside adventures. We always enjoy the company of families here and young Finn can’t wait to come back.

Fishing in the tropics
Early run around the island of Do’o we managed to bring home a Spanish Mackerel and a stinky rat fish ( Barracouta ).
